Horlick Park Launch - Public Input Meeting #2 on 2/23/26 

The Horlick Park boat launch in Racine is being redesigned following the removal of the Horlick Dam. Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network secured a grant to design a new launch with surrounding native vegetation. The launch design will be completed by Hey and Associates and improve access for paddlers and fishermen, enhance habitat, and support outdoor recreation. Community input from 2 public meetings will shape the design. This is the second of two input meetings. Meetings are free.
