Join Salmon Unlimited and Root Pike WIN for the 2024 spring Root River cleanup!

Look for the Salmon Unlimited - Wisconsin trailer at the Root River Steelhead Facility located in Lincoln Park in Racine, WI. Start time is 8 am with beverages, bags, and group break-outs. Lunch for volunteers will be served around noon upon the completion of the cleanup effort. Cleanup efforts will target from the dam spillway to the end of Washington Park with groups split to cover the full area.

Please consider the season and wear jeans with waterproof boots or trail shoes. We will have extra sets of gloves and some picker tools for volunteers, but we highly recommend you bring your own favorite gloves, if you have a set.

Attendance is free and all are welcome!
