3. We provide several ways of applying (online form, downloadable documents, and traditional paper). See below for a description of the options available
4. Complete and submit the Project Description Form (application)
5. Meet with your assigned Task Group, at their request. The Task Group will work with you to review and consider ways to enhance your project. This step may take one to four months.
6. The Task Group will determine if your project will be recommended to the Resource Group.
7. The Resource Group meets in April and November to determine which projects will receive grants. Applicants may attend this meeting to answer any remaining questions regarding their project.

To be considered for April 2007 funding, apply by February 28, 2007. To be considered for November 2007 funding, you should apply by August 25, 2007.

There are several ways to apply:

• Apply Online, Submit Electronically
  This option will allow you to submit an online form to us, our preferred version. We recommend that you first type all of your responses into a word-type document on your computer and use that document to cut and paste into our online version. You will not be able to save or print our online version. However, we can e-mail a copy back to you once we receive it. You can use the back button to make changes on previous pages, but you cannot quit and come back to you document.

  This option provides you with a PDF of our project description form. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you don't have this free plug-in, you can download it by following this link to the Adobe website.) You will be able to print this version, but not e-mail it back to us (unless you have Adobe Acrobat Writer).

• Download an Application (Microsoft Word), Submit Paper Application
  This option provides you with a MS Word document of our project description form. You can fill out and save, then e-mail or print/mail this version.

• Traditional Mail
  A paper version can also be mailed to you, contact us to request a copy.
