5th Annual Wind Point Beach Clean-Up Effort

Join us in a collaborative effort to beautify the beach area behind the Shoop Park golf course parking lot north of the Wind Point Lighthouse on Saturday, May 29!

Volunteers will meet at the Shoop Park Golf Course clubhouse at 11:00 am. We will then head down to the beach area to remove debris, garbage, and litter out of the sand, rocks, and walkway for one hour.

Afterward, we will gather back at the clubhouse at noon with a pizza lunch provided by Mario’s Restaurant. We will discuss what we collected and learn about local conservation efforts from Root Pike WIN and Caledonia Conservancy!!

We will have fun door prize drawings of gift certificates to local restaurants for participants!!

Please bring your hat, gloves, and personal protective equipment. Trash bags will be provided.
