"Salmon Unlimited will be doing a Root River Clean Up on Sunday, September 12th, 2021. We will all meet up between 7:45 and 8 am to register and gather items needed to perform the clean-up. All clean-up materials will be provided by Salmon Unlimited.

You do not have to be a Member of salmon Unlimited to Volunteer, Every helping hand is Welcome to join in! The Area covered based on the number of Volunteers will be from the Quarry hopefully all the way to 12th Street. We will need a few guys with pick-up trucks to bring the garbage collected back to the Root River Steelhead facility for the City to pick up on Monday.

This is a Rain or Shine Event. So dress appropriately. There will be Coffee and Hot Chocolate and bottled water available."
