Community and regional support are two other essential ingredients that have allowed Root-Pike WIN to grow as an organization. The Racine Community Foundation supported the establishment Root-Pike WIN and has continued to be a strong partner. The SC Johnson Fund, C.S. Mott Foundation, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources River Grant Program, Wisconsin Energy Corporation Foundation, Quick Cable Corporation and individual contributions are also providing vital support. Root-Pike WIN also has several partners that provide organizational and technical support they are: YWCA River Bend Nature Center, University of Wisconsin Extension, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
